Cancellation & Refund Policy

    Cancellations by Families

    Cancellations made 10 or more days prior to the start of camp will receive a full refund, minus a $15 administrative fee per registration.

    Cancellations made within 10 days of the start of camp are non-refundable.

    Cancellations by Camp

    A minimum enrollment of 12 campers is required for camp to run.

    If a session is canceled by Maque Camp, LLC due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances, families will receive a full refund.

    Missed Days

    There are no refunds, credits, or make-ups for missed days or partial attendance.

    Behavior Policy

    Maque Camp is committed to providing a safe, respectful environment.

    If a camper engages in unsafe behavior, or is physically or verbally abusive toward other campers or staff, they may be dismissed from camp without a refund.
